Introduction
The CS Taiwan Operational Excellence team supports the Customer Support (CS) organization by driving operational excellence initiatives and enabling sustainable improvements across processes. We work closely with local management to enhance cost effectiveness, reduce inventory, and elevate overall performance.
As part of our transformation efforts, our team regularly organizes large-scale events, workshops, and internal campaigns to engage employees and promote continuous improvement. To strengthen our storytelling and communication impact, we also produce videos, animations, and other multimedia content to support event promotion.
We are now looking for an intern who can contribute to both multimedia creation and event operations, helping us deliver high-quality, engaging, and impactful initiatives.

Job Mission
To support the Operational Excellence team in delivering effective communication and engagement initiatives through multimedia production and event coordination.

Job Description
* Produce and edit videos for event promotion, internal communication, and project storytelling.
* Create simple animations, motion graphics, or visual assets to enhance campaign materials.
* Assist in preparing creative concepts and content for workshops and large-scale activities.
* Support event planning, including logistics, agenda design, material preparation, and on-site execution.
* Help coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure smooth event delivery.
* Support data collection and basic analysis for post-event reviews and reporting.
* Manage digital assets and ensure proper documentation of project materials.

Education
* Current undergraduate or graduate student in Communications, Media Arts, Digital Design, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
* A portfolio of video or multimedia work is required (school projects are acceptable).
Personal Skills
* Creative, proactive, and passionate about multimedia production and storytelling.
* Basic skills in video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics (e.g., After Effects) preferred.
* Strong organizational and event coordination abilities.
* Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
* Strong communication, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
* Able to multitask and manage time in a dynamic environment.
