About This Role
We are looking for a passionate & driven Marketing professional to join our Taiwan Marketing team to take on the role of Influencer Marketing Intern for Taiwan.
Reporting to our Sr. Brand Marketing Manager, you will be overseeing relationships with Taiwan influencers(KOLs) partners across the various social platforms.
To succeed in your role, you must first be familiar with the various social platform industries, understand the REAL numbers behind each Influencer (followers, engagement rate, etc.) and start running the influencer partner recruitment program accordingly.
This role covering executions related to influencer cooperation from outreaching, negotiating, contractual signing, onboarding to analyzing results.
If you are a self-starter who loves numbers, enjoys pitching, managing and growing partnerships, this may be the perfect fit.
Responsibilities
* Managing relationships with existing KOL partners and ensuring a consistent inflow of new partners
* Maintain and uphold stringent selection criteria for any new KOL partners
* Establish a strong network of KOL partners while maintaining excellent relationships with each partner
* Responsible for ideation/creation of KOL/influencer campaigns for both new and existing partners
* Maintain a consistent flow of KOL content across various social platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Podcast and TikTok, etc.)
* Ensure optimization of KOL content to drive impact across all channels
* Provide data-driven analytical insights into KOL partner performance numbers
* Work closely alongside our HQ counterparts based in Singapore to establish best practices across multiple channels
Requirements
* Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
* Excellent understanding of Taiwan KOL/influencer profiles who possess strong organic engagement capabilities, and are excellent at negotiation and communication
* Advantageous to have had experience managing other talents (celebrities, artists, etc)
* Familiar with social media tools/platforms usage (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc)
* Bilingual in English & Mandarin(to liaise with local and regional counterparts)
* "Make brave assumptions and validate them by simple experiments" mindset to unlock and find new opportunities. Possesses an excellent creative attitude, willing to propose and discuss new ideas/suggestions
* Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment

* Relevant experience in a marketing-related role with direct involvement in managing influencers or PR
