About this opportunity:

We are currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented MandC Support Professional to join our creative production team. In the heart of this role, you'll work towards understanding our customer needs deeply, then transforming them into innovative ideas, sophisticated designs, engaging concepts, and comprehensive communication plans. You will be instrumental in shaping our brand and message, paying careful heed to the target demographics. The fruit of your labor will be communication assets, and you will selflessly manage service delivery and customer relations.What you will do:
- Understand customer's needs and covert them into actionable plans.
- Engage in the development and production of content assets for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the IC community to provide effective communications support.
- Innovating and designing in consideration of both the company brand and the target demographic.
- Manage the production of communication assets from the concept stage to delivery.
- Actively oversee service delivery and maintain solid customer relations.The skills you bring:
- Exceptional understanding of communication plans and branding principles.
- Proven experience in content asset development.
- Strength in customer service and relationship management.
- Profound ability to innovate and design with a customer-centric approach.
- Robust project management skills and dedication to service delivery.
- Team collaboration skills, particularly experience collaborating with a diverse workforce.
