Data Analyst Intern for License Compliance

Are you searching for an exciting 1-year internship in a multinational company? We are currently looking for a Data Analyst Intern for the License Compliance Turkish Branch team based in our beautiful office in Istanbul. You will face challenges and tasks in a dynamic and international environment!

Role Description & Responsibilities

After initial training on the job, you will be involved in increasing license compliance revenue and lead generation, helping to implement new initiatives, and tracking results.
* Use internal CRM systems to search for accounts, orders, opportunities
* Lead generation through using internet search (Google, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, published company lists, etc.)
* Analyze, research and interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports
* Communicate with the internal IT Team, and check for technical details through the License Compliance tool
* Follow up leads with resellers
* Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and attending related meetings
* Updating License Compliance tool as required
* The exact assignments will be determined at the beginning of the internship

Qualifications

* Ongoing Master's or Master Degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields
* Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package is needed: being strong in Excel is a must, good knowledge of PowerPoint is requested
* Basic knowledge of IP, Domain, IT Systems, and Software licensing type (stand-alone, cloud)
* Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and/or within a collaborative and international team structure
* Multitasking, ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems
* Time management, meet deadlines and attention to details
* Proficiency in English (B2 or higher level) is necessary + Turkish fluent. French language: nice to have
