Job Description:

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Smart Start Bosch Production Systems (BPS) Engineer.

The role is based at Bursa Bosch Brake Systems Plant.

Your contribution to something big:
* Support Industrial Engineering efforts by leveraging data collection and analysis to drive process improvement
* Contribute to lean activities, productivity calculations, time studies, workflow and ergonomic analysis
* Conduct detailed cycle time (CT) and loss analyses and contribute to efficiency and CT improvement projects
* Actively contribute to continuous improvement projects and engineering initiatives
* Tracking projects implemented in the factory

Qualifications:

* 3rd or 4th year Bachelor or Master student of Engineering disciplines (Industrial preferred)
* Being a student for min. 11 months continuously
* Minimum 3 full days attendance is required
* Very good command in English
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* SAP and Power BI Knowledge are a plus
* Good communication and team working skills
* Eager to learn and able to work under pressure
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; proactive and positive mindset
* Basic Knowledge about the automotive industry and serial production
