Cummins Inc., headquartered in Columbus / United States of America, is among the world's 500 largest industrial enterprises. Cummins Turkey Engine Power Systems Aftermarket team based in Istanbul is looking for a Supplychain /Logistics Trainee with the specified qualifications to support the team by working on a 6-month contract (can be extended for another 6 months).

We are waiting for applications from candidates who can work (after the training period) in our office in Istanbul / Tuzla. (The position is a hybrid of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home).
During this internship your will assist the department Supplychain by managing the orders cycle and claims, under at first of the validation of the department.

During this internship:
* Carrying out order management for a specific customer / account group.
* Order entry, order change, order status inquiry and prepare order delivery reports.
* Provide consultancy, delivery time, availability, technical support to customers.
* Acting as the customer's sole point of contact for order inquiries and escalation; Manage those escalations and follow until closed.
* Provide continuous customer support in all communications and interactions.
* Tracking, expediting and notifying the customer backorders orders.
* Stock entry of inbound goods.
* Parts claim entry and follow-up.
* Insurance set up

Requisiti del candidato:

To be successful in this position :
* 3rd or 4th year student (or graduate student) of Supplychain Universities or Logistics
* Administrative strong
* Analytical thinker and accurate
* Good level of Excel
* Strong communication skills
* Open to learning and self-improvement
* Good level of English
