Job Summary

Lilly EnAble Internship opportunity offers a meaningful internship experience for university students who are registered with İŞ-KUR with a disability rate of 40% or above.

It provides an opportunity to join our business functions, develop professionally, and build a strong foundation for a career in the pharmaceutical industry.

Eligibility

* Registered with İŞ-KUR with a minimum disability rate of 40% or above, documented by a Health Board Report (Engelli Sağlık Kurulu Raporu)
* University student in a relevant field of study
* Able to work full-time during summer break and at least 3 days a week during school term

* Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrating a proactive approach to learning
* Openness to coaching and feedback
* Resilience by adapting to change and maintaining a positive attitude
* Strong planning and priority setting
* Analytical skills
* Advanced level in English
* Proficiency in MS Office programs
