Join Nokia's MI (Mobile infrastructure) organization, specifically within the FPRA team. What you will learn and contribute to:
As a Trainee in the Mobile Infrastructure (MI) FPRA team, you will be instrumental in supporting our Financial Analysts and Managers in various financial activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop a strong foundation in corporate finance within a global enterprise.
* Assist in the analysis of financial performance, including actuals, forecasts, and targets, to provide foundational insights.
* Support the preparation of financial reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders, learning to present financial insights and performance metrics.
* Contribute to financial planning activities, including data gathering and preliminary analysis for Nokia-level financial forecasts and target setting.
* Participate in OPEX cost analysis efforts, helping to identify trends and potential areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
* Support basic financial modeling tasks, learning to simulate scenarios and analyze potential outcomes.
* Assist in master data management activities, including data validation, cleansing, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of financial master data (e.g., cost centers, profit centers, GL accounts) in Nokia's ERP systems.
* Understand the impact of master data quality on financial reporting and analysis, and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving data integrity.
* Collaborate with various finance functions and business units to understand financial data and reporting requirements.
* Develop proficiency in finance tools and processes used for reporting and analysis
Requisiti del candidato:
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Basic understanding of financial statements (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet).
* Eagerness to learn about financial analysis, planning, reporting processes, and master data management.
* Basic to Intermediate data literacy and an interest in data visualization.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Microsoft Office products)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Good communication skills (written and spoken English) and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
* Proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
* Experience on tools like SAP, SharePoint will be an advantage
* VBA, SQL, Power BI and other advanced automation tools knowledge will be an advantage
