Your Task

This role involves managing network connections and logical changes for Deutsche Telekom customers through MPLS network operations. The position focuses on administrative tasks, process monitoring, and supporting team activities.

Responsibilities

* Delete network connections and manage logical changes for Deutsche Telekom customers via e-mail or various software interfaces
* Provide administrative and documentation tasks
* Monitor processes and workflows
* Prepare statements, statistics, and presentations
* Support colleagues with their activities
* Maintain regular communication and keep in touch with stakeholders

Requisiti del candidato:

Your Profile

We are looking for a motivated Student Intern with strong German language skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to work flexibly in a team environment supporting MPLS network operations and administrative tasks.

Must Have Skills

* Full-time, active student legal relationship
* Ability to work at least 20 hours per week
* German language skills at B2 level (interpreting professional texts, handling emails)
* Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
* Efficient scheduling and flexibility
* Precise and accurate work approach
* Team player attitude
* Monotony tolerance

Nice to Have Skills

* Study at the faculty of informatics or the faculty of gazdinfo (IT or business informatics)
* Knowledge of English language
* Knowledge of networks (e.g. Cisco devices)
* Knowledge of MS SharePoint
