Join Ericsson Hungary as an Intern for a at least a 6 months internship and gain hands-on experience in Platform Engineering, DevSecOps practices and SW production-grade environments. You will work on Technical Investigation, and integration tasks using GitLab CI/CD pipelines, supporting existing projects.
What You'll Do
* Main focus is Technical investigation and exploration focusing on GitLab and platform engineering aspects.
* You will work also on hands on automation, deployment, and integration tasks using GitLab CI/CD pipelines, supporting existing migration projects.
* CI/CD Pipeline Development: Design, implement, and maintain GitLab pipelines for continuous integration and delivery. Automate build, test, and deployment processes for production environments.
* Version Control & Workflow Management: Apply GitLab branching strategies and manage merge requests effectively.
* Coding and implementation: Writing efficient and well-documented code once required and integrating it into existing systems. Infrastructure & Deployment: Deploy solutions in cloud environments (AWS) if needed
What You'll Need
* Education: Currently enrolled in BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Telco Engineering.
* Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages.
* GitLab Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, and merge request workflows.
- Understanding of DevOps principles and automation tools.
* Cloud Knowledge: Exposure to Azure or AWS environments.
* GenAI knowledge and exposure, good understanding of GenAI concepts, LLMs, Agentic frameworks.
* Good level of Englis.
* Nice to Have: Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code tools.
* Soft Skills: Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving mindset.
