Working Student - ESG in Supply Chain

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) activities within the Supply Chain function in Procurement. This role offers hands-on experience in sustainable procurement, supplier compliance, and ESG strategy development in a global business environment.Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and execution of workshops, audits, and supplier engagements
* Support the development of action plans based on supplier audit reports
* Prepare, structure, and transfer ESG-related data into internal tools (Supply Chain Risk Assessment tool, Supplier Relationship Management Tool )
* Maintain and organize supplier documentation, including:
* Supplier Code of Conduct (SCoC)
* Supplier training records
* Certificates and contracts
* Contribute to the development of ESG strategy initiatives within Procurement
* Conduct research on ESG topics, including:
* EU sustainability regulations (e.g. Omnibus, CSRD-related topics)
* Industry best practices and emerging trends

* Enrolled student in Business Administration, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Legal or a related field
* Strong interest in ESG, sustainability, procurement and responsible sourcing
* Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
* Good organizational and documentation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint, PowerBI)
* Fluent in English (German is a plus)
