We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic Recruitment Intern to join our growing Global Business Solutions Center. The Recruitment Intern will be responsible for supporting all parts of recruitment. This individual will be a key contributor to our growth strategy and will play a critical role in attracting and retaining top talent.

Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the work of dedicated recruiters
* Posting and managing job advertisements in Workday
* Recruitment, sourcing using traditional (Workday, LinkedIn, other job search portals) and non-traditional tools
* Searching for passive candidates, building a candidate database, and pre-screening them over the phone
* Organizing interviews and supporting the recruitment team in case of on-site hiring events
* Liaising with candidates during the selection process and keeping them up to date during their application
* Administration, daily use of Workday in accordance with GDPR
* Active participation in various recruitment projects
* Active participation in team life and work process optimization

We are looking for you if
* You are currently enrolled as a full-time student and will remain so for at least another 1-2 years
* You are looking for a job for 25 hours per week
* You have no problem communicating in Hungarian and English with candidates and colleagues
* You have user-level Microsoft Office skills
* You have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
* You have a proactive attitude, you are eager to learn, and you would like to gain experience in a multinational environment

Nice to have
* Interest in the IT field
* If you already have some sourcing or recruitment experience based on your studies or previous internship
