[Bosch HcP - Internship] Quality Management System Intern

Job Description

* Assist in the digitization and organization of quality management documentation and records - Bosch central directive
* Support the implementation and maintenance of digital tools and systems for QMS - HcP Process Compass
* Support to internal system and process audit activities: organize, coordinate and follow up action plan
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the analysis of QMS data and metrics (KPI) to identify areas for improvement
* Support the quality management team in various projects and initiatives related to digital and non-digital QMS e.g Preventive Quality, Gap Analysis, Q-Mindset
* Contribute to organize QMM7 informal & formal events

Requisiti del candidato:

Qualifications

* Third or last year student major in Industrial Management/Quality management/ Information Technology, or a related field
* Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude
* Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Good at reading, writing and communication in English
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel,Presentation, PowerBI)
* Good design skill/video making and familiarity with digital solutions in documentation are a plus
