[Internship] Logistics Planning & Operations Intern (Japanese speaking)

Job Description

* Perform planning support on ERP system and assist with demand forecasting and inventory optimization
* Conduct data analysis and prepare comprehensive reports on logistics metrics and operational performance
* Support supply chain coordination activities, including shipment tracking and vendor communication
* Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records and documentation within the logistics management system
* Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics issues and support order fulfillment
* Complete additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by manager or supervisor

Requisiti del candidato:

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field with demonstrated interest in supply chain operations
* Proficiency in Japanese language (mandatory) and fluent English communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrated interest in ERP systems
* Strong analytical and logical thinking capabilities with demonstrated creative problem-solving abilities
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation
* Professional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development through self-directed initiatives
* Demonstrated receptiveness to constructive feedback and commitment to implementing improvement actions
* High standards of reliability and punctuality in meeting professional obligations
* Proactive engagement in task execution with strong initiative in seeking clarification and responding to assignments
* No prior work experience required; however, candidates must demonstrate genuine commitment to supply chain and logistics operations
