[Internship] Project Management Support Intern

Job Description

1. Project Management Support & Documentation (50%)
* Documentation Management: Set and maintain professional documentation standards on Docupedia (internal wiki), ensuring that the team's project pages, templates, and knowledge repositories are up-to-date and organized
* Meeting Coordination: Assist in the preparation, scheduling, and post-processing of standard project meetings, workshops, and team alignment events (including agenda management and meeting notes)
* Timeline & tasks Tracking: Support Project Managers in collecting, maintaining, and tracking timelines, deliverables, and task updates
2. Travel & Logistics Coordination (30%)
* Travel Planning Support: Assist team members with internal travel booking procedures and follow-up activities
* Visa Application Support: Help navigate and coordinate visa applications and official invitation letters, liaising with internal travel coordination teams
3. SAP Operations & Administrative Support (15%)
* SAP Assistance: Provide operative support for basic SAP-related workflows (e.g., tracking test status or system role definitions)
4. Ad-hoc Support (5%): other tasks required by Project Leads

Qualifications

* Be able to provide Letter of Recommendation from University
* Education: University, preferred Logistics / IT
* Languages: English fluently, Optional: Chinese/German
* Hardware/Software Skills: Microsoft Office, communication skill, critical thinking
* Organization skill, proactive mindset, fast learning, flexible
