Strategic Planning Intern

The purpose of this role is to work under the direction of a planner or strategist to execute research asks and uncover insights to fuel the strategy process

Job Description:
Key Accountabilities:
* Conduct market research to gain an in-depth understanding of client businesses, categories, and consumers and present valuable findings to senior staff members and clients.
* Support the development of well-informed and effective branding and communication strategies.
* Generating original ideas with other team members.
* Identifying potential problems and devising ways to rectify them.
* Liaising with the direct manager and senior team members to receive feedback and create strategy improvements.

Qualifications:
Knowledge And Experience
* A proven track record in supporting the development of strategic plans that benefit the client is preferred.
* Good knowledge of the strategy planning process, media touchpoints, strong sensitivity to cultural and human insights (demonstrated through past professional and personal projects), and unmatched curiosity.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (In Vietnamese and English).
* Strong ability to make complex subjects understandable.
* The drive to overcome challenges and perform well in all aspects of your strategic work with a result-oriented mindset.
* The flexibility to work on several projects and manage your workload successfully.

Skills & Abilities
* Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
* Proficiency with data collection and analysis tools is a plus.
