Marketing Trainee - Ensure Upstream

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Overview

Learn how science and marketing come together to build meaningful engagement with Healthcare Professionals.
We are looking for a Marketing Trainee who wants to learn fast by doing real, hands-on work in a healthcare marketing environment.
You will support the team in bringing marketing initiatives to life, working closely with different stakeholders and gaining exposure to how a science-based nutrition brand engages Healthcare Professionals.
* Location: Me Linh Point Tower, Ho Chi Minh City

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Support the Brand Lead in marketing initiatives and HCP engagement activities from planning to execution.
* Support the development and adaptation of marketing and scientific communication materials across HCP touchpoints.
* Coordinate HCP programs, events and other marketing activities with internal teams and external partners.
* Analyze market, competitor and performance data to identify insights and opportunities.
* Work cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, agencies and other stakeholders to ensure effective and compliant execution.
* Support day-to-day marketing operations, project tracking and reporting to keep projects moving.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy or related disciplines.
* 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience, including internship or trainee experience.
* Pharmacy background or previous exposure to the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry is an advantage.
* Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
* Good analytical thinking and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
