Job Description

* Execute sales-related activities, particularly in Sale Order and Delivery Note modules.
* Prepare and manage eInvoice/billing reports.
* Department Administration (Data tracking, Reporting, or Logistic coordinator).
* Travel & Expense Supporter
* Other tasks or additional projects by the supervisor

Requisiti del candidato:

Qualifications

* 4th year student in Bachelor's degree, major in Business Adminstration, Logistics, International Business...
* No working experiences required, although students with previous experience will have a big advantage
* Mandatory: English
* Optional: Japanese, Chinese
* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Dashboard
* Highly organized and able to multitask, proactive "can do attitude"
* Communicate effectively with a high attention to details.
* Dynamic, flexibility, accuracy
