About Our Team The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science. GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group, and our HRBPs who support them are too! We are excited to continue adding to our Human Resources team to attract, engage, and retain top talent to drive the continued growth of the organization. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities: - Leverage data to assist in preparing high-impact sales pitches and educational materials for agencies and client engagements. - Manage ad operation troubleshooting and technical escalations (e.g., appealing rejected ads, managing internal support tickets). - Ensure data accuracy across all client-facing collateral and internal tracking systems. - Support the development and maintenance of automated data dashboards to track campaign performance and operational KPIs. - Analyze raw datasets to derive actionable insights that improve execution strategy and client outcomes. - Assist in managing team project lifecycles, maintaining timelines, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. - Provide logistical support for offline activations and events, focusing on data-backed preparation and seamless D-Day execution. - Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to streamline operational workflows
Requisiti del candidato:
Minimum Qualification(s) - Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field). - Language: Professional proficiency in English in order to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Core Competencies: Strong logical thinking, high attention to detail, and a self-starter "can-do" attitude. - Availability: Fulltime for a 6-month duration.
