My mission and tasks are: 
-Sell merchandise to customers,
-Prospecting: bringing new customers,
-Communication with the customer: Introduce the product and transmitting information,
concerning the product : by phone, mail, or face-to-face,
-Preparation of invoices,
-Take and track orders,
- supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers,
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages,
- Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise,
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
