I have been two times in Camino and will certenaly go there again this summer.

I made so many friends from all over the world and had a great time. The school is located in the centre of Barcelona, the teachers are wonderful and help you learn Spanish very fast and the staff is very friendly.
I definetly recommend this school

Overall
I spent 6 weeks at Barcelona and spent more than £3,000 on lessons, I had private also and to be honest my language abilities did not improve at all! Having been at a school in Salamanca before for 3 months and loved it I was not new to foreign language schools and knew what to expect from them.
Everything is wrong with this school, to start..

I arrived at 11pm to which a man who wasn't particularly friendly immediately asked me to sign my bank card details on a form to cover themselves. Being tired and not properly thinking I immediately did this however after realised the school had access to all my money!

Throughout the first week I was put in the wrong class to which I informed the school director, however they said they knew this but there wasn't enough people for a class of my level as it wash't summer and I would have to make do!
This was not helpful to me what so ever as I was learning nothing new and was studying for my a levels therefore i had no other choice but to pay an extortionate price for private classes. In these at first I had a good teacher who was in the fact the head and put a lot of effort in for me, however after the first week the school decided to change my teacher to which i expressed i did not want but they did not care. This meant the progress I had made with my previous teacher was lost. Also this second teacher did not care whatsoever and was literally just counting down the minutes to finish class.
I also had a problem with my accommodation in the first 2 weeks I was put in with two girls from Russia, unfortunately they had no knowledge of Spanish or English and I couldn't speak Russian this caused a barrier and made it very hard to fit in. I honestly just wanted to go home. At the end of the day the school should've picked up on this before putting us in one room.
The social aspect was awful with this school, there was no family feel. There was one intro night at a bar with one free drink however only the new people attended so it was impossible to meet students already there. There were literally no other things to unite all the students and honestly after six weeks there I only knew a handful of people!
Finally as said before big problem with the money everything was linked with making this school money!

Only learnt from my work in my own time. Classes were to big and progress was very small although I am a quick language learner.

I also wouldn't say the on-site accommodation is a good factor although this had initially swayed me. It felt like I was at a boarding school, far too many schools and regulations.

Location is good.
Cons
Pretty much everything. Needs more of a caring family feel, too money orientated.
