“very useful and interesting”

Up Level Scuola di Management

the lessions were always very interesting, interactive and useful.
all the staff was helpful and at our disposal for any requests and doubts.
the stage is guaranteed.
it includes arguments on 360 degrees about any department of the hotels.
for that reason I suggest them that this is not enough when you want to improve a specific department, so that it will be better to do a specialized course and after that this one for completing.

“It could be worse .. it could rain”
SONIA
Up Level Scuola di Management

For those looking for a serious course with 6 months internship experience in a hotel I would not advise you to attend this school. There are other institutes in Milan I know they are more serious. Some teachers here are very good, some are quite bad. In general you learn things about hotel's routine but I am not sure it is worth the money you pay and also, keep in mind that all the brands of well-known hotels they mention to convince you to subscribe the contract have nothing - I repeat NOTHING TO DO - with what they offer at the end of the course for the internship experience. Actually, what they do is offer free staff to some "unlighted" couple of stars "hotel".... for the difficult periods, xmas, summer... with no wages at all. So, I hope this is what you need to know. A colleague had his girlfriend in another school at the same time and when we finished she had a serious internship offer unlike all of us.
