Context & Environment

Within TotalEnergies Charging Solutions Belgium (TCSB), an affiliate of TotalEnergies' Marketing & Services branch, the Data entity is involved in data analysis, data science, and data platform transformation activities supporting electric vehicle charging operations.
The Data team supports the subsidiary's business needs from identifying use cases through to the implementation of analytical and predictive solutions, including data collection, processing, and value creation.

Activities

Your main missions:

Development of predictive models and Data Science solutions
* Participate in the creation of predictive models applied to electric vehicle charging activities.
* Process and analyze data to optimize charging station deployment, installation costs, and maintenance operations.
* Process and analyze large volumes of internal and external data.
* Develop new Data Science solutions.
Migration and transformation of data platforms
* Support platform migration projects and data environment transformation initiatives.
* Develop and adapt processing workflows, dashboards, analytical models, and reporting solutions for business teams.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the local data architecture and the structuring of data flows.
* Develop analytical models, visualization tools, and reporting solutions for business teams.
* Collaborate with Belgian operational teams as well as Data and Digital teams at headquarters to address business needs and support tool enhancements.
The position combines Data Analysis activities (50%) and Data Scientist Analysis activities (50%), with a focus on data analysis, predictive modeling, and data platform transformation in the electric mobility sector.

Candidate Profile

You hold at least a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Data Science, Data Engineering (business school or university).
You have initial experience in Data Science and Data Analytics.
Knowledge of the energy sector would be an asset.
You have skills in:
* Databricks;
* Snowflake;
* Clustering;
* Segmentation;
* Scoring.
You are proficient in the following tools:
* Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn);
* SQL;
* Machine Learning Models (Predictive Modeling).
A B2/C1 level of English is required. A minimum C1 level of French is also required. Knowledge of Dutch would be an asset.
