OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSIGNMENT: * This mission will provide the opportunity for a Next Gen talent to gain valuable experience through immersion in the fast-growing markets, on key topics of brand elevation as well as foster stronger connections between the Region and Central, enabling more agile knowledge sharing and cooperation. * He/she will work with senior developer, guarantee and coordinate packaging development projects components (Plastic packaging components, glass jar and bottle, metal accessory, printing items and others…), respecting the marketing briefings and the agreed objectives of timeline, cost, design, industrialization, and quality. RESPONSABILITIES: * Assist the manager and guarantee the PCD packaging developments for Makeup category, respecting the marketing briefings and the agreed objectives of deadline, cost, design, industrialization, and quality. * Follow-up and coordinate the packaging development projects, alert the team and stakeholders in case of drift or problems (technical, quality, timing, and cost). * Guarantee the qualification process (compatibility and homologation agreements in cooperation with R&D, Manufacturing and Quality teams) of the packaging and finished product. * Guarantee the system and process of packaging specification (formal and exhaustive definition of the quality, the functional characteristics and the machinability/manipulation criteria expected by our plants and distribution centers consistently with the homologation and control procedures) * Ensure delivery of other secondary and primary packaging, process engineering projects arranged by the line manager * Contribute to the achievement of sustainable package development roadmap ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION: * Number of employees in the office: 350 * Number of employees in the team: 15 *Name & job title of the VIE manager: Packaging Development Manager ABOUT PUDONG PACKAGING DEVELOPMENT TEAM *A dynamic and energic Team, which hosts 13 packaging developers and 2 process engineers, focusing on makeup packaging developments * The team is closely working with purchasing, industrialization, quality team based in Pudong and Central packaging development team internally and local packaging suppliers ABOUT THE WORKING LOCATION * The working location will be in Pudong, Shanghai. * The company provides a canteen and shuttle bus service

Ihr Profil:

PROFILE: Mandatory 2 years of experience due to VISA criteria * You have an academic background in an Engineering school, generalist, or mechanics, or packaging * Capable of using 3D CAD design software & checking 2D drawings, MS Office software, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint. * Good English is required, has international exposure before is a plus * Good communication skills and team player * Quick learner, curious, clear minded, active, autonomous * Knowledge of Beauty industry is a plus SKILLS & COMPETENCIES YOU WILL DEVELOP THROUGHOUT THIS MISSION ARE: -You will gain rich experience on cosmetics packaging (primary and secondary) development, technical know-how about plastic / metal / glass / paper manufacturing process, through collaboration with local suppliers -You will work with cross-functional teams and multi-cultures colleagues in an industrial perspective environment, to reinforce your communication skills -You will practice project management skill, with complex / change situation, which requires agility -Cross functionals skills -Manage business, costs effectiveness -Innovation mindset, -Collaboration/teamwork/interaction with multiple stakeholder (Central, Region, External etc.) SELECTION CRITERIA: *LEAD WITH AUDACITY: You have strong experience in Project Management that requires overcoming the constrains and stakeholder management.
