Position: Financial Analyst - Power BI Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst with a passion for data analysis and visualization. This role will primarily focus on building Power BI dashboards and conducting analysis using financial tools like Compass. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the finance team by providing accurate and actionable insights to drive informed business decisions.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the finance team to gather requirements and understand business needs for data analysis and reporting.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct analysis using financial tools like Compass to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Assist in data collection, cleansing, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Support the finance team in creating financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
Assist in ad-hoc data analysis requests and special projects as needed.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong interest in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence.
Good knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.
Familiarity with financial tools like Compass or similar financial software is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills
