Your mission, roles and responsibilities


Our Faurecia Automative Seating Business Group is looking for you as Deputy Program Manager for our Site in Vitoria.

* Coordinate general program action e.g. Change management
* Support Program Manager in daily business
* Prepare high level management documentation
* Prepare and participate program team calls
* Perform risks & opportunities analysis
* Keep dashboards under control
* Ensure proper launch tracking performance
* Support and monitor of the Faurecia Program Management System (PMS)
* Drive derogation management

Your profile and competencies to succeed


* Being able to work in a complex environment
* Having autonomous skills and drive
* A proactive approach to work and optimist energy
* Good interpersonal skills
* Master's Degree/Engineering diploma in technical oriented fields
* First experience in automotive industry welcomed
* Fluent in English, German/Spain big advantage
