- Participate to the HSE network activities (meetings workshop…) through the division - 27 plants and mainly in 8 countries : France, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Morocco, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Tunisia - 1 plant SEVESO - Follow the new projects in HSE & Ergonomics according to the internal standards in our Business Group : new machines, new layouts, fire safety requirements, ergonomic … especially in North African plants. - Support the plant where the VIE is located on a local project (max 15% of time) - Animate the meetings and ensure follow-up of action plan with support functions, Manufacturing engineering, Logistics… - Coordinate the Ergonomic Division action plan and animate the network. - Animate and coordinate the Division environment action plan, on line with Group policy and taxonomy regulation (water, waste, biodiversity certification ISO 14001…), validate the environmental reporting for the plants and pilot & coordinate the yearly Group environmental reporting for the Division - Follow the fire safety action plan in collaboration of the different HSE Regional Manager of the critical plants - Ensure efficient and synthetic reports of the different follow-up on all the topics

Ihr Profil:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Health Safety & Environment. Fluent in English Minimum 6 months in an industrial plant as HSE engineer (accepted 1 years trainee operational experience in industry) Experience in HSE in an automotive industry will be a "plus" Knowledge of legal HSE regulation Knowledge in ergonomics Good communication skills and customer oriented International mindset Strong leadership capacities and autonomy Ability to work in a matrix organization Good organization skills, project management skills and attention to detail
