Program flow
* In the 18-month start up! As a trainee program, you will develop yourself personally and professionally - with plenty of freedom, new perspectives and real creative opportunities.
* Your career, your path: You go through 5 project assignments - start in HR and then choose your positions across the Group yourself.
* Get out of your comfort zone: Discover new topics and develop yourself in a targeted manner with the support of a strong network.
* Community: During "Magenta Friday," you work with other trainees on strategic and innovative topics.
* International Experience: A 3-month assignment abroad is an integral part - you choose your destination and location yourself.
* Understanding business: "Service Days" gives you direct insights into operational business and our customer world.
Profil
Practice & introduction
* You are about to graduate (e.g. in business informatics, computer science - data science/AI/KI, engineering sciences, business administration - focus on HR analytics and digitization, IT management or comparable) - all levels (Bachelor, Master, Doctorate) are welcome.
* You have gained initial practical experience - e.g. through internships, working student activities or smaller projects.
* You have a maximum of 12 months of relevant professional experience after graduation - this does not include work as part of working student activities, internships, etc.
* You have already gained insights into IT, HR, consulting, strategy or data-driven areas.
HR tech & data mindset
* Data & Analytics: You are enthusiastic about data (key figures, algorithms, reports) and are familiar with tools such as Excel, Power BI/Tableau. You have initial experience with Python, SQL, Jupyter, etc. Your ability to analyze HR indicators (e.g. fluctuation, skill gaps, recruiting funnel) and translate them into concrete measures is available as a basis.
* AI/KI & HR transformation: You have a strong interest in AI/AI in an HR context and initial practical experience with tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot. You have the ability to understand AI/AI use cases, rethink HR processes and develop simple AI/AI-supported initial solutions/services for specialist areas (e.g. skill analyses, automations, dashboards).
* HR Tech & Systems: You have some experience or a strong interest in HR systems and their integration. You have an understanding of digital HR processes and automation along the entire employee journey.

* Entrepreneurial thinking: You want to make a difference, question the status quo and contribute your own ideas.
* Commitment: You want to actively shape change and rethink and innovate HR.
* Team player: You enjoy working collaboratively in dynamic, interdisciplinary teams or projects.
Internationality
* You have initial intercultural skills - a stay abroad of at least 3 months (e.g. study, internship, work & travel) is a matter of course for you.
* You are fluent in your German and English skills at C1 level.
