Your Impact

As a Software Engineer Trainee, you will engage with programming languages
and the latest development methodologies to build and enhance software
solutions. You will be involved in deploying new software and upgrades within a
large SaaS environment, ensuring smooth and reliable delivery. Your role will
include adhering to change management procedures and deployment processes
to maintain system integrity and minimize disruptions. Additionally, you will
develop tools that automate complex tasks within the operations team, driving
efficiency and innovation in daily workflows. This hands-on experience will
empower you to contribute directly to Cisco's cutting-edge technology and
operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

* Programming languages and latest development methodologies
* Deploying new software and upgrades to a large SaaS environment
* Change management procedures and deployment processes.
* Developing one or more tools used within the operations team to
automate complex tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

* You should have Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Computer Science
* Engineering, Computer Applications, Networking, Information Technology,
Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Data Engineering or similar fields
* Basic Knowledge of MS office tools
* Good communication skills, passion & desire to learn, "Can do" attitude, proactive engagement, solutions seeking & a team player.
* Must have graduated in 2025 obtained a degree certificate or Provisional
Degree Certificate (PDC)
