As an Internal Process Automation Graduate, you won't just observe-you'll lead, build, and transform.
You will:
🔹 Lead process automation initiatives across Iberia (Spain & Portugal)
🔹 Design, develop, and optimize RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions
🔹 Roll out automation solutions across locations, adapting them to local needs
🔹 Identify opportunities to automate and propose smart, scalable solutions
🔹 Collaborate with IT, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver impact
🔹 Ensure strong data governance and access management
🔹 Contribute to decisions on technology and infrastructure
🔹 Track and report KPIs to drive continuous improvement

Phase 1 - Learn & Contribute (Spain)

Your profile

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in business studies, economics, informatics, or a related field
* Interest in Marketing & Sales, in international collaboration, and a long-term career in our global organization
* Hands-on experience from internships or working student positions that demonstrate your drive and adaptability
* Sharp analytical and structured thinking abilities - you thrive on breaking down complex challenges and creating innovative solutions
* UiPath certification(s), knowledge of Power Automate or other RPA platforms.
* Knowledge of data processing tools and techniques (PowerQuery, KNIME, SQL)
* Familiarity with IT infrastructure (virtual machines, authorizations, applications)
* Understanding concepts and principles of programming language
* Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
* Fluency in English and local language (Portuguese). Spanish is a plus
