* Strategic Implementation: Assist the Communications Manager in bringing the company's communication strategy to life.
* Content Creation: Craft compelling narratives through various mediums, including welcome letters, briefs, social media captions, and engaging website content.
* Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with media professionals, influencers, suppliers, PR agencies, and event management teams.

Crafting Unforgettable Events:
* Event Coordination: Manage event logistics, including building guest lists, crafting invitations, confirming attendance, and overseeing communication with suppliers.
* Project Management: Take the lead on specific events and projects, ensuring seamless execution.
* On-Site Support: Be a vital presence at events, handling guest management, rehearsals, and coordinating logistics.

Amplifying Reach through PR and Influencer Engagement:
* Trip Management: Coordinate all aspects of media and influencer trips, from travel arrangements and accommodation to crafting personalized agendas and welcome gifts.
* On-Ground Support: Provide on-site assistance during photoshoots and media engagements.
* PR Kit Mastery: Oversee PR kit distribution logistics, refine media and influencer lists, and ensure timely reporting.
