Overview We are seeking a Data Product Manager - Adobe Experience Platform to take ownership of data definition, modeling, and documentation during the discovery phase of a Customer Data Platform initiative. This role operates as a Data Product leadership position, focused on shaping how data is structured, documented, and represented within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). The emphasis is on strategic definition and clarity, ensuring that data foundations are well designed before implementation begins. Responsibilities Your Impact Own the definition of the CDP data model, ensuring it reflects business requirements and future scalability. Establish clear, structured data documentation that enables engineering and implementation teams to execute effectively. Act as the data strategy lead during discovery, bringing structure to complex and ambiguous inputs. Enable alignment across business, product, and technical stakeholders through well-defined data artifacts. Define and document a comprehensive data model for Adobe Experience Platform. Partner with the core project team and the Bing team to understand incoming data sources and business context. Translate business requirements into structured data entities, relationships, and schemas. Design and document end-to-end data flows, covering ingestion, transformation logic (conceptual), and consumption. Produce high-quality, structured documentation to be used by engineering and implementation teams as a reference. Support discovery-stage decision-making by providing clarity, trade-off analysis, and data structure recommendations. Qualifications Your Skills and Experience: Manager-level experience or equivalent seniority in data-focused roles. Proven experience working in industries where Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) are core to the data ecosystem (e.g., digital marketing, martech, adtech, customer analytics, personalization, CRM-driven environments). Hands-on exposure to CDPs or CDP-like platforms, working with customer, identity, profile, and event data. Strong experience in data modeling and data structure definition, aligned to business use cases. Solid understanding of SQL, with the ability to reason about joins, aggregations, cardinality, and query patterns to validate data models. Experience using Python for exploratory data analysis, data understanding, and validation of modeling assumptions. Strong understanding of end-to-end data flows, from ingestion through activation, at a conceptual level. Experience working with customer-centric data platforms or similar data ecosystems. Understanding of identity resolution, profile modeling, and segmentation concepts. Ability to translate business requirements into clear, structured data definitions. Strong experience creating data dictionaries, schema documentation, and data flow artifacts. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams. Comfort operating in early-stage, ambiguous environments, bringing structure where definitions are still evolving. Set Yourself Apart With Exposure to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
