The Business Unit Customer Services supports service and maintenance-related matters for (COMPANY NAME) Mobility for the Belgian and Luxembourgish markets. We aim to make rail transport even more efficient through innovative technologies at all levels and by providing our customers with excellent service and maintenance for both rolling stock and railway infrastructure.
As a Service Operations Responsible (RS) (m/f/x) you play a key role in the efficient and qualitative execution of the maintenance activities to give our customers the excellent service they expect from (COMPANY NAME) Mobility (SMO).
What will you be doing?
On short term the Business Unit Customer Service needs to be organized to be able to perform and execute the full-service contract(s).
* Attaining the necessary certifications:
* ECM III
* ECM IV
* Determine and describe processes in- and externally.
* Assist with implementation of operational processes:
* Process of a service request (customer exchanges, planning of personnel, maintenance manuals…)
* CMMS (CORMAP) interfaces
* Spare-part handling
* Establish contacts to build an operational network of workshops via the (COMPANY NAME) RailCover service (to facilitate daily operations).
Once in execution you will be responsible for planning and follow-up on the daily operations(preventive and corrective service activities) for the different full-service Rolling Stock maintenance contracts. This in collaboration with the CS Project/Financial Manager for the respective maintenance contract, and with the RS Technical Execution & Service (TE&S) team
* Follow-up backlog of Service Requests, certain KPI's, overall customer satisfaction
* Discuss open issues with technicians and find root-causes.
* Go into customer follow-up meetings concerning maintenance execution.
* Follow-up / check / decide on spare part topics (repair/scrap, order, enlarge stock, …)
* Synchronize the service needs with the planning dept. of TE&S, but also with the partners of Railcover.
* Participate / organize lessons learned, give feedback to the customer service and project organization to improve topics.
You will become excellent in your job by having determined, implemented, and executed the processes and tasks described above and by building up good partnership relations internally with (COMPANY NAME) Mobility and externally (customers and suppliers).
This position is integral to our RS maintenance expansion strategy in Belgium and is 100% aligned with the European (COMPANY NAME) Mobility strategy. The successful candidate may advance into a leadership position, overseeing a team of professionals within the department.

* You put the customer first, but without losing sight of costs.
* You have good practical knowledge of Dutch, French and English. Knowledge of German is an asset.
