Job Description:

Provide strategic and operational support to the Team Lead to ensure smooth execution of all financial processes.

* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial information to key internal and external stakeholders, including FSSC, HQ teams, auditors, and external accountants.
* Manage day-to-day relationships with local banks and other financial institutions to support operational and treasury activities.
* Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional finance teams, including FSSC, Invoicing, Collections, and Treasury.
* Oversee tax compliance by reviewing and ensuring timely filing and payment of all tax obligations.
* Collaborate with FSSC and the Treasury team to coordinate accurate and timely tax payments.
* Prepare financial reports and perform variance analysis on budgets vs actuals, as well as reconciliation of key financial accounts and reports.
* Support payroll processes, including validation, reconciliation, and coordination with relevant teams.
* Assist in mentoring, guiding, and providing oversight to Senior Financial Analysts and Finance Assistants.
* Perform other finance-related tasks and special assignments as delegated by the Team Lead.

Job Requirements:

* Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and analyze discrepancies and variances.
* Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in financial records.
* Knowledge of Accounting Principles: Familiarity with general ledger accounts and accounting procedures.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies effectively.
* Communication Skills: Ability to communicate findings and collaborate with other departments.
* Software Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software such as D365 and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Experience: Prior experience in finance or accounting 4+ years, particularly in reconciliation processes and banking within EMEA region will be advantageous
* Education: Accounting degree is essential.
* Self-driven, able to work independently as well as a good team player
* Adaptability within new teams and projects
