Do you want to work with securing critical reporting solutions and support delivering a structured overview of business data in a large global company that is in the middle of an exciting digital transformation journey?

In the role as Data Delivery Lead you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will Act as project manager (Delivery Lead) for large strategic initiatives in the BI Services & Data Governance area.
The area covered will be reporting, primarily focused on business intelligence reporting, as well as data management and governance efforts.
More specifically, it is expected that this position will be primarily focused on the ongoing Digital Transformation Program (DTP), that will span across the next 2+ years.

The team you will be part of

The BI Services & Data Governance team is part of GN's global IT organization. We provide data warehousing, front-end reporting tools to deliver business intelligence reports in collaboration with many business-based analysts. We also work with master data management and data governance, ensuring that data is readily available and governed.

We are a global team with team members working out of Denmark, UK, Poland, China and the Philippines, and strive to have an inclusive work environment that enables us to work smoothly across time zones and cultures.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
* Be overall responsible for ensuring all reporting requirements are collected from all relevant stakeholders, documented, prioritized, assessed and passed on to the different IT teams for delivery
* Support data management and data governance efforts, including process documentation, data management roles & responsibilities and data quality measures
* Be responsible for constructing and tracking the delivery plan for reporting, including risk handling and communication of status and plan toward the program management office and senior IT leadership
* Create and follow up on all tasks in Azure Dev Ops, including creation of features and user stories
* Support efforts to improve quality of deliveries, such as working on and coordinating user acceptance test process or refining requirement collection process

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have
* Experience working with project management on large global projects
* Experience in business intelligence preferred, with data management experience a plus
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Previous work in Agile setups is a strong plus
* Knowledge on Microsoft Navision, D365 F&O, Azure Data Warehouse, Power BI is a plus
