Job Description

You will be part of the IT team Econometrics / MatRisk as a manager. Composed of more than ten members spread between Paris and Porto, this team is responsible for the evolution and support of tools necessary to provide econometric data. This data is essential to the proper functioning of the market risk and counterparty calculators within the IT GMR teams of Natixis SA.
On a daily basis, your missions are:
* Report on the team's work with the business lines and IT department;
* Monitor staffing, budget and project progress, while rigorously controlling budget consumption by project and sponsor;
* Participate in the recruitment of service providers and maintain confidence with the business lines;
* Lead the team, develop the skills of internal resources, define roles and responsibilities, and identify malfunctions to implement remediation;
* Organize the work of teams to ensure their success, set up methods and ensure their follow-up, as well as monitor production and user support.

The position is based in Paris and with us it's 10 days of teleworking per month, 15 to 17 days of RTT per year, on-site services such as catering, gym or corporate concierge. Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education, you have significant experience in project management or IT team management in a financial environment.

You are familiar with:
- Financial products, ideally with knowledge of market and/or counterparty risk management;
- Information systems.

You are:
- Dynamic, responsive and customer-oriented;
- Rigorous, organized and proactive;
- Recognized for your leadership.

You master English with a B2 level.
