We bring technical leadership and expertise and work hand in hand with the rest of the company, including data scientists, designers, engineers and product managers to build the most differentiating products. We build offers for large companies and civil servants with our sales and account management teams. We also make sure our business is properly monitored and risks are under control. Finally, we help the rest of the team understand the subtleties of healthcare and death/disability (Prevoyance) insurance.

- Define and build the products that will offer the most differentiating experience to our members in line with market expectations
- Monitor the business and the risks
- Define the pricing methodologies and the renewal strategy
- Help the rest of the team understand the subtleties of health & prevoyance insurance

⭐️ Is it you we're looking for? ⭐️

You would be a good fit if you:
- Want to define and build the health and/or prevoyance insurance products that will offer the most differentiating experience to our members
- Have experience in health and/or prevoyance insurance
- Have a scientific background (statistics, actuarial sciences)
- Are capable of understanding technical, data, legal and business questions related to health and/or prevoyance insurance
- Are analytical and structured, with a fact-based decision-making style
- Are eager to deep dive into various insurance topics, analyze competition and identify differentiation opportunities, while helping us shape our strategy
- Enthusiastic about teamwork, curious, learning, and teaching
- Willing to deeply change the insurance and healthcare industry and challenge the status quo
- Have strong written communication skills
