Beschreibung:

. Play an important part in running the daily sales activities in-store contributing to achieve the set sales and KPIs targets by following the strategy and action plan designed by the Store Management team.
. Contributing to achieve the set sales and
KPIs targets.
. Reflect the values of the brand in personal
presentation and demonstrate an enthusiasm and
passion for the brand in the interaction with our customers.
. Help our customers to fulfill their needs and find
their perfect piece, always with a
high sales-focus in mind.
. Ensure high quality service according to company
standards and brand guidelines towards our customers.
. Attend and complete the mandatory GANT Academy
training on sales and service
as well as product knowledge.
. Report any misuse or theft of stock to a member of
management.
. Follow the Global VM guidelines to ensure that the
brand is represented to the highest standards in the store.
. Observe and conform to all retail policies and procedures (inventory,
unpack products, steam clothes, cash control etc)
. Maintain good standards in Health and Safety.
. Help ensure the store stays in good shape and premium standard at all times
