As the General Manager you will be accountable to:

Oversee, manage and support the successful opening of the hotel

Oversee the overall strategy, performance and profitability of the property: ensuring that it is operating with excellence

Align with Hyatt's core values to maximize revenue and profit opportunities and ensure the efficient and effective management of the property asset.

With integrity and in alignment with our Leadership Expectations, lead a diverse team to build the trust of others in all interactions and cultivate a positive guest and colleague experience.

Continuously find ways to improve all areas of the property and remain flexible in rapidly changing environments.

Proven success leading an international select-service hotel environment
* Previous General Manager experience or significant Executive Committee leadership with demonstrated readiness for a General Manager appointment
* Strong commercial acumen and a consistent record of delivering sustainable financial performance
* Experience working closely with hotel ownership and asset management partners
* Exceptional leadership capabilities with a passion for coaching, mentoring and succession planning
* A collaborative leadership style that empowers teams while maintaining high standards of accountability
* Outstanding communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
* The ability to navigate complexity with resilience, agility and optimism

Fluency in English
