But we're not stopping there. We're also building the Energy Network: a decentralised platform of smart devices to electrify our homes, shifting usage to off-peak hours and helping balance the grid. This role would suit a performance-minded office manager or workplace experience manager who wants to take ownership of human productivity and performance in a fast-moving start-up environment.

Ihr Profil:

* Create and continuously optimise a workplace that maximises top-tier employee productivity and performance.
* Own the day-to-day operation of the workplace, delivering a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment.
* Lead relationships with landlords, building management, and key suppliers to maintain exceptional workplace standards.
* Manage workplace services including connectivity, F&B, office technology, and employee health initiatives (eg: flu vaccinations) to remove friction and enable peak performance.
* Continuously improve workplace processes, implement innovative solutions, and eliminate barriers to enhance performance, embedding a culture of workplace excellence across Fuse.
* Provide critical operational support across the business and coordinate meetings, travel, and internal events as required
