In this role, you'll drive EMEA Transformational Pipeline Progression for all accounts and opportunities. This includes influencing the Strategic Partnership Program (SPP) and ecosystem teams to strengthen our sales organisation. You'll help foster a high-performance, growth-focused culture, ensuring our teams and stakeholders have the tools, frameworks, and insights to facilitate success. What You'll Do
* Partner closely with the Sr. Director SPP EMEA and other EMEA leaders to drive and inspire change and growth in the region
* Manage the transformational sales maturity and progression programs for EMEA - in conjunction with global counterparts. This includes inputs from sales leadership and ecosystem. Own SPP's progress along the sales journey at a programmatic level
* Drive the adoption of progression analysis tools and best practices; as well as set and lead progression governance (best practices, adoption, and data hygiene), alongside partnership with Sales Operations to improve outcomes
* Manage requests and collaboration between SPP and the International Advisory Board (IAB) in EMEA
* Define clear program outcomes and success measures, and guide initiatives from planning through delivery
* Interpret and assess current business practices and provide creative methods for improved efficiency and effectiveness
* Act as a connector-facilitating alignment and resourcing within SPP and with key ecosystem stakeholders
* This role will be measured on facilitation of pipeline progression from stage 3 through close, including velocity/time to close and close rate. This includes structuring and owning the program from Nurture through Activate (including SPP Nurture onboarding and leadership review to progress to execution and close)
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Several years proven leadership and experience working in enterprise sales strategy, across functional groups ensuring alignment of process driving the defined business strategy. Experience designing or supporting programs in areas such as sales operations/strategy, business development, or services
* A high-performance self-starter with experience and confidence in building relationships and influence across global teams
* The ability to work in a structured way in a fast-paced, fast-turnaround environment
* Strong sense of ownership and flexible and resilient under pressure
* Outspoken and creative problem solver with a diplomatic approach who operates at the highest level of integrity. This includes curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to learn
* A passion for driving positive change, improving how teams work and grow
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, including at all levels
* Confidence navigating complexity, and the capability to break down big ideas into clear, actionable steps
* Comfort with metrics and using data to guide decisions, measure outcomes, and iterate for improvement
