Your tasks

For FSC part of Continental Italia Spa we are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for operational processes relating to services for long-term rental, corporate fleet customer.
Activities:
* Helpdesk to our customers for business of long-term rental, corporate and truck fleet customer with the goals of providing support customers in business growth.
* Master data maintenance customers, suppliers and product records, uploading of price lists and commercial conditions.
* Training activities for fleet service providers
* Implementation of processes together with the sales force with the aim of finding the best solutions to support the business. Read more Read less

Your profile

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships
* Strong attitude to organization and problem solving
* Good knowledge of the office package (xls and ppt)
* Italian fluent or mother tongue, English good knowledge
* At least 2 years of experience in similar roles (back office and front office activities)
