Scope:
Manufacturing Quality Assurance Engineer, within the Customer Satisfaction & Quality Department, is responsible for:
· Ensuring effective Quality Management across manufacturing processes, consistently meeting Schneider Electric standards and customer expectations.
· Driving the continuous improvement of products and manufacturing processes based on customer requirements and satisfaction, in collaboration with the Industrial Engineering (Methods & Time) Team and the R&D/Technical Antenna Team.
· Defining and implementing corrective and preventive actions to address customer-reported issues and prevent their recurrence.
· Identifying the root causes of quality issues through in-depth analysis and monitoring of improvement plans.
· Collaborating with the Service Team to ensure timely and effective customer support.
· Working closely with the Product Development Team to ensure that new products and processes meet quality requirements and customer expectations from the earliest stages of development.

Background & skills:
* Degree in a technical or scientific field (such as Engineering Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical…) or HVAC or similar technical relevant education
* An open mindset and a high degree of self-discipline
* Ability to work effectively with various departments and contribute to team projects.
* Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
* Ability to work with various departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan.
* Good IT proficiency, with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; additional software and digital platform skills would be considered an advantage.
* Good written and spoken English skills
