Job Description
Circle K Business Centre is looking for a new colleague to join our team as:

Controller Fuel Purchases

Type of Employment: Temporary position for 1,5 years with possibility to prolong
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Work with Circle K Energy Trading SA that ensures fuel supplies to the CK European retail network.
* Learn fuel supply agreements, fuel prices and it's components.
* Work in Accounting system (ERP) and will be responsible for fuel supply invoice verification (volumes & prices) with reports from Trading & Risk management system (ETRM) and control of payment according to due dates and set KPIs.
* Participate in improvement projects through workshops, analysis, testing.
* Participate in other department's functions according to assignments from senior team members.
* Work in close collaboration with: Trade Support & Supply Operations departments, Finance & Control department and external suppliers and partners.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or a student within this area.
* Previous experience/internship within accounting, finance or trading.
* Fluency in English is a must, as you will be in daily contact with internal and external stakeholders within European network.
* Advanced skills in Excel and literacy in MS Office tools.
* Precise, analytical, organized, solution oriented personality with strong communication skills.
* Drive and positive attitude.
