Job Description :Havas Media is one of the leading media agencies in Lithuania and part of the global Havas Group network, operating in over 100 markets worldwide. We work with established local and international brands, delivering integrated media solutions across digital and traditional channels.

We are expanding our digital team and are looking for a Digital Media Buyer to join us.

In this role, you will be responsible not only for campaign execution but also for contributing to media strategy, including channel selection and budget distribution. You will work across both brand-building and performance-oriented campaigns within a structured agency environment backed by a global network.
Key responsibilities

Media Planning & Strategy
* Develop strategic digital media plans aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
* Recommend channel mix, budget allocation, flighting, and targeting strategies.
* Conduct competitive research, audience analysis, and platform assessment.
Campaign Management
* Build and manage campaigns primarily in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and local media platforms.
* Monitor pacing, delivery and budget utilisation.
* Optimise campaigns in line with agreed KPIs
* Additional platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.) may be used depending on client requirements.
Reporting & Collaboration
* Prepare performance summaries and insights.
* Work with GA4 and reporting tools.
* Collaborate closely with strategy and client teams.
Required qualifications
* 1-3 years of experience in digital media buying.
* Confident working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
* Understanding of digital metrics and tracking fundamentals (GA4, GTM basics).
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Structured, analytical and responsible working style.
* Fluency in Lithuanian and working proficiency in English.

Experience with local media buying platforms or programmatic tools is considered an advantage.
