Join a global company with international exposure as a Student Services Manager for Summer 2026! In this exciting, fast-paced role, you'll be the face of EF, managing a lively Welcome Desk and ensuring that every student feels supported, informed, and at home. You'll lead a small team dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and creating a fun, safe, and engaging school environment. From solving day-to-day issues to organizing memorable experiences, you'll play a key role in shaping each student's stay from start to finish.

What You'll Do

- Manage and motivate a team of 2 Customer Service Coordinators, ensuring high-quality service and smooth daily operations.
- Oversee the Student Welcome Desk, greeting students, visitors, and suppliers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Provide information and assistance regarding school activities and excursions when necessary.
- Handle student queries, welfare concerns, and general administrative tasks efficiently and empathetically.
- Monitor and support activities taking place within the school during breaks to ensure a lively, positive atmosphere.
- Respond promptly and calmly to any problems or emergency situations that may arise.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure students receive consistent, high-quality support and communication.
- Promote a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for students from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Who You Are

- Experienced in a customer-facing role, ideally with young people or in an educational environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with people from all over the world.
- Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail.
- A natural problem-solver who remains calm and positive under pressure.
- Comfortable using computer systems and administrative tools.
- Fluent in English (C1-C2 level); additional languages are a plus.
- Legally able to work in the host country (EU passport or valid work permit).
- Passionate about creating a welcoming, engaging, and supportive experience for every student.

Details:

- Duration: Contract starting from the middle of May till August (preferred)
- Schedule: Full-time, 6-day work weeks on shift bases, including evenings and weekends.
- Safeguarding: All roles are subject to police conduct checks and character reference checks.
- Eligibility: Must legally be able to work in Malta with a Maltese or EU passport. Has a high level of English.
- Must be available for training dates before start date. Mandatory training in Malta will be happening sometime between the middle and end of May. Specific dates to come soon.
