Norwegian-speaking Customer Support within iGaming to Malta

Main responsibilities:
* Providing support in Norwegian by email and Live chats;
* Processing with great attention to details and content;
* Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions;
* Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;
* Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken;
* A proactive person with good support/sales skills;
* Strong communication and negotiation skills;
* Attention to detail;
* Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
