Die Specialist (Project Rampage)

Beschreibung:

* Support the team to achieve the launch deliverables.

* Ensure basic conditions for new dies

* To manage and supervise the necessary resources to perform tryouts

* Follow & lead the corrective actions during tryouts

* Lead the TL & die makers for launch purpose

* Coordinate & implement the engineering changes

* Failure Analysis

* Responsible for spare parts, suppliers coordination & planning activities for new dies

* Dies CAD manage (NX & Smirt) for engineering changes or visual consulting.

* Provide coaching to die makers for critical die problems

* Experience: (4 years)

* Knowledge in the manufacturing processes stamping plants, as well in the equipment used for the stamping product production.

* Knowledge in the use of control and monitoring tools to get results.

* Ability to interact with personnel of different organization levels inside and outside the

* Teamwork

* Delivery on time

* ENGLISH Advanced
