Projec Support Specialist

Beschreibung:

The PMO Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating the actions of the Project Management Office covering his / her different speciality(ies) and domain(s) of Bid / Project Management.

In the scope of his / her speciality, the PMO Specialist is responsible to:
* Develop, deploy and improve standards (governance, processes, methods and tools) for bids and projects management within the organization.
* Contribute to and support his / her specialties(s)
* Support and challenge teams with a coaching posture in his / her area of expertise
* Organize dedicated meeting with the Core team,
* Produce and analyse KPI
* Participate as needed to progress meetings, bid and project reviews.
* Capitalize on best practices and proposing recommendation and improvement.
* Transversally disseminate and share best practices and recommendations at the state of the art

Possible specialities are: structuring, scheduling, estimating, risks and opportunities management, executing and reporting. Some additional activities can be associated to each speciality.

For planning speciality:
* Identifying the deliverables, contents and follow them thought the project with rescheduling as necessary.
* Implementing the assessment of the performance of the monitoring of the bid/project.

According to the speciality, a PMO specialist can be named: planner, estimating manager, cost office, data manager, risk manager…
