Digital Acceleration Manager
(fulltime 37,5 uur per week)
Wat ga je doen?
In deze functie staan de volgende verantwoordelijkheden centraal:
* Je creëert je eigen saleskansen.
* Je adviseert docenten over digitale leermiddelen en geeft presentaties.
* Je werkt nauw samen met accountmanagers en de afdeling Editorial.
* Je houdt docenten proactief op de hoogte van digitale leermiddelen.
* Je analyseert data en zorgt voor een up-to-date CRM-database.
* Je voert administratieve taken uit en fungeert als probleemoplosser.
Wie ben jij?
* Enthousiast, energiek en commercieel (ingesteld) met affiniteit voor onderwijs.
* Uitstekende administratieve vaardigheden.
* Ervaring met CRM-databases zoals Salesforce is een pre.
* Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
* Klantgericht met netwerkvaardigheden.
* Proactief, analytisch, verantwoordelijk met hbo-/wo-werk- en denkniveau.
* In bezit van rijbewijs (B).
Dit is een dynamische en zelfstandige baan in een informele werkomgeving. Je gaat werken in het Sales team, in nauwe samenwerking met Inside Sales en Marketing. Ons kantoor is gevestigd in Amsterdam (Sloterdijk), maar je bent niet office-based. Je bent regelmatig op pad naar je klanten.

What are you going to do?
The following responsibilities are central to this position:
* You create your own sales opportunities.
* You advise teachers about digital learning resources and give presentations.
* You work closely with account managers and the Editorial department.
* You proactively keep teachers informed of digital learning resources.
* You analyze data and ensure an up-to-date CRM database.
* You perform administrative tasks and act as a problem solver.
Who are you?
* Enthusiastic, energetic and commercially minded with an affinity for education.
* Excellent administrative skills.
* Experience with CRM databases such as Salesforce is an advantage.
* Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
* Customer-oriented with networking skills.
* Proactive, analytical, responsible with HBO/WO working and thinking level.
* In possession of a driving license (B).
This is a dynamic and independent job in an informal working environment. You will work in the Sales team, in close collaboration with Inside Sales, Editorial and Marketing. Our office is located in Amsterdam (Sloterdijk), but you are not office-based. You are regularly on the road to your customers.
